On behalf of our Client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for an experienced Process lead to join a well–known and leading company to support in cost management, compliance and daily operational performance.
Main duties and responsibilities (Including but not limited to):
Analyse Customer Supply performance data and recommend appropriate actions to ensure continuous optimisation of service, and product qualitySafety LeadershipWork in partnership with the other Team leaders and Managers within site and across the site as well as relevant third parties to ensure best practice is identified, shared and implemented across the business.Provide day–to–day operational support to the Shift Performance Manager as well as the wider team to achieve daily objectivesSupport new starters, apprentices and graduates with on the job coaching and transfer of knowledge and skills and develop people/support plans to boost individual team capabilityDelivery of quality, environment, health and safety operational performance targets agreed in business and personal objectives.Support the delivery of process reliability measures and targets as agreed with Team LeadersCreate action plans in order to maximise the capability of the operations of the site.Manage and attend all operational reviews Key Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
Experience of successfully leading high performing technical manufacturing teams. Proven record of effective problem solving/fault diagnosis. Previous experience working within a manufacturing environmentBudget and cost management experience. Good communication/coaching/influence skills. Strong IT skills – particularly MS Excel. Ability to organise and prioritise.
