Job Description
Berry recruitment is looking for enthusiastic individuals with a 'can do' attitude part time Saturdays and Sundays 9AM–5PM in a customer focused role for a Public Sector client based in Southampton.
Your role will involve answer incoming calls from customers who want book appointment and additional services with some outbound calling , respond to web chat queries , troubleshoot customer service problems, and provide general information supporting customers with their visa and citizenship applications.
As part of a team, you will enjoy helping people, ensuring each individual receives a professional, efficient and considerate customer experience.
Roles are initially for a six–month's period, with the option to move on to a fixed–term contract.

Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming and making outbound callsAnswer web chat queriesManagement and resolve customer queriesBooking appointments & additional services for customersDocument all call information according to standard operating proceduresFollow up customer calls where necessaryOther duties as assignedTo schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis.Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups.Maintain and update information held on a data baseSupport line management on any additional admin when required.Maintain records for audit purposes.Ensure deadlines are met.
