someone who can put processes & controls in place – into target state environmentControls background/process architecture experience/ underwriting COO office/worked with regulators/sanction checksneeds to come in and make sure processes need to be aligned/ interfacing with the exec and the board > long term careers, life cycle within specialty.Experience with Process MappingExcellent experience working with different types of controls, detective, preventative etcGood understanding of business architectureGood experience of underwriting controls Process and Change Lead
