Probate Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the administration of probate matters, including but not limited to drafting legal documents, preparing inventories, and managing correspondence with clients and other parties involved.Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case preparations.Maintain and update accurate client files and databases.Collaborate with the legal team to ensure deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and providing regular updates on case progress.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Probate Paralegal or in a similar role.Solid understanding of probate law and the legal procedures involved.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.A proactive and self-motivated mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
