Kelly Services is looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join our client on a full–time and permanent basis for a role that is based in Loughborough, Leicestershire Salary GBP40,000 to GBP50,000 per annum depending on experience. Monday to Friday The Role Our client provides legal services for company, commercial, public sector and private clients in contentious and non–contentious matters, primarily in the East Midlands.We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate should have experience in most aspects of private client work including Tax Planning & Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Wills & Probate. Key Responsibilities

Joining the team you will have responsibility over your own caseload. Including but not limited to Tax Planning & Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Wills & Probate.Preparing and administering and advising on Trusts.Deal with Probate matters to include applying for Probate, completing IHT forms, preparing estate accounts and distributing estate.Prepare and advise on life interest Wills and advising on Variation of Wills Your skills and experience

5+ years' experience in this area of law.Strong IT SkillsGreat client care skillsDemonstrates the ability to build good relationships with the various stakeholders in the business.Precise drafting ability.A good strategic thinker.ArticulateAble to work under pressure.
