Role: Conveyancing Paralegal/Solicitor

Pertemps are recruiting a Private Client Paralegal/Solicitor to work with our Edinburgh based client.

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, and estate planningConduct legal research and analysis related to private client lawDraft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorneyLiaise with clients, financial institutions, and other relevant partiesProvide administrative support to the private client team

About You:

Proven experience as a Private Client ParalegalIn-depth knowledge of private client law and related proceduresStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in legal research and document drafting
