Due to an excess of work, the Private Wealth team need additional expertise to ensure they maintain the high levels of service their wealthy client base expects. The team are a close-knit bunch and are provided with an environment that sees them supported both technically and administratively leaving them free to focus on what they do best. In particular, this role will see you support the Partner who is leading the Private Wealth team across all offices with the management of their Hampshire offices, including providing support on more complex queries alongside the Partner as well as mentoring and supervising other members of the team.
Work will include:
- Preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and lifetime and succession planning.
- Inheritance tax and capital gains tax mitigation planning.
- Creation, administration and winding up of trusts.
- The administration of estates including domestic and international estates.
To be successful, you will likely have a minimum of 8 PQE and have experience in dealing with the full range of Private Client activities for HNW clients and management ambition.
