Our client, a highly established law firm with multiple offices spread across London and the South East, dating back to the early 1900's the firm believes that every member of their team is as important as the next. Understand the importance of keeping their staff happy are looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their Wills and Probate team within the Surrey area due to organic growth. Joining the team on a permanent basis with hybrid working options.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

Perform Will drafting. Probate matters Lasting Power of Attorney and Court of Protection & Deputyships. Dealing with Trusts and Trust management. Estate Planning. The successful candidate will have:

Educated to Bachelor of Laws degree. 2 year s experience within a Private Client environment. Excellent communication and organisation skills. Excellent client care skills. Willingness to learn and develop. A generous salary of GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 mark but open to discussion.
