The Role:
As a Private Client Lawyer, you will handle a range of private client matters, including probate, trusts, estate administration, wills, tax planning, and lasting powers of attorney.
Duties:
Conduct client matters efficiently, delivering expert, tailored advice.Provide technical advice and support within the team.Stay updated on changes in the law and provide relevant training to colleagues.Contribute to marketing and business development activities.Oversee financial control, including accurate time recording and billing procedures.Ensure compliance with legal and professional standards.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executiver or in a similar role.Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-year PQE or a FCILEx with relevant experience.Experience and interest in wills, LPAs, and estate administration.Knowledge of trust work and tax planning; STEP qualification (desirable).Previous team management experience (beneficial).
