The role:

The private client department are looking for a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team. You will be running an interesting and varied caseload, to include but not limited to, drafting and executing Wills, Powers of Attorney, as well as dealing with the administration of Trusts and Estates. You will be working alongside a team of professional and approachable lawyers, who are often commended for their work.

This is a permanent, full-time position, based in Totnes. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am 5pm with options considered for flexible working/part-time/job share.

The requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive who has previous experience of running their own caseload of Private Client matters. You will be committed to providing excellent client care, have a methodical approach to your work and a keen eye for detail, be organised, able to work to deadlines and prioritise your work.
