This business delivers quality, time-sensitive printed products to a range of high profile clients, and are looking for a capable print professional who is confident working on large scale print periodicals and magazines.
You'll be joining an experienced and talented team, adding your knowledge, skills and enthusiasm to theirs, and sharing your customer service skills and print knowledge with their clients.
Day to day, you ll take responsibility for managing a selection of key client accounts, taking responsibility for all client service through production as well as using your client development and technical skills to support the client accounts.
You'll be working closely with the Operations and Manufacturing teams, forming a key link between the client and the business extensive production capabilities and the technical specialists within the business.
What experience would we like you to have?
Print industry experience
Client management experience at Customer Service Executive or Account Management level.
High profile and time sensitive print production background.
Technical experience within litho or web offset print.
Commercial experience. Some exposure to commercial costing would be beneficial
MIS experience.
