Qualifications:
A degree in Geography or relevant accredited RTPI degree in Town Planning.
Alternatively, a Master's degree with RTPI accreditation is welcomed.
MRTPI qualification or actively working towards chartership is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in town planning within the public or private sector.
Essential Skills:
Proactive time management with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
Demonstrate high-quality working practices to support senior team members.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Project management, teamwork, and client service skills are essential.
Collaborative skills to liaise with colleagues and clients, with the opportunity to manage individual projects.
Desirable Skills:
Possession of a UK driving license.
