TSA Surveying are hiring for a large Fire Engineering Consultancy based in Manchester servicing large commercial, industrial, and residential clients. They are looking to fill a Principal Fire Consultant role. They deliver pragmatic solutions, innovative designs and comprehensive advice. This includes fire safety strategy design, fire engineering analysis, fire safety audit, external wall fire safety, risk assessment and building safety case services.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding fire safety consultancy and build and lead the fire risk management division. As the leader of the Fire Risk Management Division, the applicant will be responsible for: managing P&L and general financial performance of the team including debt management, contribution to growth and recruitment of the team as necessary and managing technical delivery of all works.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities and qualification:
Qualification to at least Level 5 Understanding of current and upcoming fire safety legislation and guidance in the UK Strong technical delivery capability Membership of IFE / IFSM or equivalent Fire risk assessment qualification/accrediation (e.g. IFE Risk Assessor Register or equivalent) Our client are offering a competitive salary and benefits package based on experience.
