Principal Electrical Engineer looking for a leadership role that allows you to utilise your expertise and make a significant impact? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our client as a Principal Electrical Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the electrical engineering efforts within our organization, providing technical guidance, and leading a team of engineers.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies, plans, and roadmaps to support company objectives.Oversee the design, development, testing, and implementation of electrical systems and components.Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with cross–functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.Provide technical expertise and guidance during product development, troubleshooting, and problem–solving.Stay up–to–date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our engineering processes and capabilities. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.Extensive experience (8+ years) working in electrical engineering, with a focus on engineering, assurance and compliance.Proven track record of leading and managing a team of engineers.In–depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, practices, and industry standards.Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.Strong analytical and problem–solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross–functional teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
