This includes managing design risk, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

The Principal Designer

Proven experience as a Principal Designer, particularly in pre-construction phases.A strong background in various construction sectors, including education, commercial, and residential.Relevant qualifications in construction, design, or health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, APS).Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.In return?
