Their in–house operational teams make project delivery much easier and more rewarding.Your new roleYou will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of ecologists, landscape architects, foresters, GIS consultants, and operational staff to ensure that our clients receive high–quality arboricultural advice and support.Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in arboriculture to support our clients' projects.Conduct tree surveys and assessments, including tree condition surveys, tree hazard assessments, and tree risk assessments.Prepare and review arboricultural reports, management plans, and other technical documents to support planning applications and project delivery.Provide advice and guidance on tree protection and planting, including the design and implementation of tree preservation plans.Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that arboricultural issues are identified and resolved in a timely and cost–effective manner.Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure that arboricultural requirements are met.Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff, including technical training and professional development.Contribute to business development and marketing activities to grow our arboricultural services. What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in arboricultural consultancy roles, preferably in the residential or land development sectors.A degree in arboriculture, forestry, or a related field.Experience in conducting tree surveys and assessments, including tree condition surveys, tree hazard assessments, and tree risk assessments.Knowledge of arboricultural legislation, regulations, and policies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
