We are currently looking to onboard experienced as well as Newly Qualified teachers to help us meet our current client's demands. Outside our current temporary work opportunities we are also seeing huge increases in temporary – permanent contract alongside straight permanent opportunities.

Your New Role

As a Hays supply teacher, you will be able to choose between Day-2-Day Ad hoc cover or working on a long-term basis with a specific or set of schools. Over the past 12 months, Hays education has experienced huge growth in the demand of our temporary and permanent staff. We are currently working with primary schools recruiting for KS1 & KS2. Once onboarded with Hays, you will receive ongoing support from your own Education recruitment consultant, who will actively seek roles based on your chosen criteria. As an agency we operate across the Gloucestershire area, therefore a drivers' licence and/or good transport links are essential.

What you’ll need to succeed

As a Hays supply teacher, you will use your curriculum knowledge and expertise to deliver engaging lessons across the national curriculum whilst managing behaviour to make an instant impact! At Hays we are only looking to recruit the best local teachers and talent in the local area! Due to Hays’ reputation within the local market alongside our increasing demand for staff we are only looking to onboard the best talent available in the market! All teachers must hold or be working towards QTS (Qualified teacher status), In-class teaching experience in last 5 years. If you don’t meet these criteria, we may have some alternative position available. Please note we also recruit teaching assistants across the area ( Prior childcare experience is essential).
