Prep Chef required for small catering company based in East London.
Prep chef MUST have commercial kitchen experience, expert knife skills and knowledge of good hygiene practice. Duties include cooking & prepping ingredients, stock rotation/management and helping with the upkeep of the kitchen etc. You must speak and understand written and spoken English, be able to work alone and with others. Must also be punctual and reliable.
The position is regular and permanent; you will be contracted as self-employed / a freelancer and not employed by the company.
Usual hours 8am - 1pm; occasionally earlier and may include some weekends. Immediate start. 14 per hour, paid weekly.
Kitchen is Located in Limehouse, East London.
