This exciting opportunity is with a global SaaS company that has a range of software products supplying the FinTech market. They are now looking for a Post Sales Support specialist to help their customers maximise usage of their software products.
Initially this is an 18-month contract with 2 days a week in their offices in central London.
Responsibilities
Activating customer subscriptions, increase and accelerate adoption of other products. Support customers from the start of their journey through to professional services. Facilitate building the approach to customer activation and retention. Skills
Skills to build urgency in customers to activate and utilize their subscriptions. Experience in engaging with customers via outbound calls and emails, with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Experience with software-based product onboarding or training. SaaS / B2B software Benefits
