The purpose of this role is to provide a professional property service in the commercial estate management of a franchised stations and light maintenance depots portfolio. To professionally manage internal and external customer and other stakeholder relationships for complex contractual, statutory and regulatory issues affecting the franchised estate and light maintenance depots and act as the first point of contact on Property matters relating to the franchised estate and light maintenance depots for all customers and stakeholders.
Provide estimates of costs for replacement buildings, advising on development appraisals, negotiating dilapidations, condition surveys and advising on cost and specification proposals. Deliver excellent knowledge of construction economics and technical aspects of building surveying. Offer exceptional knowledge of building services and technical background in services for a wide variety of buildings.
Managing maintenance department portfolio
Landlord & tenant (dealing with lease and letting conditions)
MRICS qualification- essential
Rail - ideal but not essential
Will include land valuations
Understanding of how the rail works - ideal
