Our client is a leading professional membership body in the engineering sector, we are looking for a temporary Policy Manager to join the team based in Central London working on a hybrid basis starting in January for a 3 month temporary contract.
Key responsibilities will include:
Produce high-quality policy and research products aimed at key decision-makers across the world.Provide advice and analysis on political and economic issues affecting civil engineering and infrastructure developmentSupport the development and delivery of a rolling work programme of policy content to support the membership bodies influencing strategy
The successful candidate will have proven experience in producing clear, concise written material in a public policy environment. The Policy Manager will also have experience of carrying out desk research and running workshops and interviews to gather information in addition to writing reports and briefs for external stakeholders. Whilst not essential, any experience or understanding of construction, civil engineering or economic infrastructure issues would be an advantage.
