Part of the newest development at Alma Yard – The Rope, this collection of intimate yet spacious studios is designed to inspire and elevate the endeavours of creative professionals in the city.

Expansive windows and skylights allow natural light to flood the space. This assortment of compact studios showcases ground-floor spaces with exposed bricks and concrete flooring. On the first floor, wooden flooring and verdant views of the courtyard fill the spaces, some of which benefit from south-facing natural light. There’s access to an open-plan area that complements the lofty structure.

Our adaptable workspaces are designed to evolve with your projects. These studios are blank canvases awaiting your personal touch, fostering an environment where ideas can flourish without distraction.

Alma Yard is conveniently located by Sutton Harbour, a short walk from the city centre, and is a car-free site that promotes access by bicycle, public transport, or on foot.

The nearest car parks are Harbour Car Park on Lockyer’s Quay and the Barbican Leisure Centre. Suitable drop off and pick up points include outside Totem Timber on St John's Road (not not be mistaken with St John's Bridge Road) or by Bretonside/Sutton Harbour.
