Located just moments from Union Street, 35 adaptable studio spaces are housed within a supportive and inspiring environment. THE SPACES

A selection of small studios ranging between 58-130 square feet in a newly built in an exciting new creative hub in Plymouth. Most of these spaces are located on the ground or first floor, with one studio being located on the third level. Features include high ceilings and natural light.

One of the spaces features an artist sink, with another studio featuring a private kitchenette.

Ideal for businesses starting up and small creative teams, particularly suitable for those in digital design, publishing, arts & crafts.

Prices start at £125 per month.
