Details of the Role:

As a Plant Fitter / Works Manager with our client, you'll be at the forefront of their operations, responsible for the control and repair of all plant equipment associated with the diamond drilling and controlled demolition industry. Your role will be crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of their equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on plant equipmentTake control and oversee the safe and efficient operation of equipment during projectsProvide timely breakdown support using the company van for on–site repairsManage a full–time schedule, planning and organising tasks to meet project deadlinesMaintain accurate documentation of equipment activities and communicate effectively with team members and clientsEnsure compliance with safety regulations, participate in training, and contribute to a culture of safety The Ideal Candidate:
