Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a dedicated planning and contracts team with a focus on excellence and efficiency.To oversee 100% of PPMs for their regions are being scheduled to achieve a minimum 98% pass rateUtilise your expertise in scheduling and planning to optimise workflows and resource allocation.Ensure the schedulers are following through urgent jobs through completion and then upload onto CAFMDemonstrate proficiency in Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Facilities Management (CAFM) systems.Oversee staff management responsibilities, including conducting 121's, facilitating personal development, and managing absenteeismLeverage your people management skills to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Experiences:Proven experience as a Team Leader in a Facilities Management setting.Strong background in scheduling and planning, with a keen understanding of PPM's and CAFM systems.Demonstrated staff management experience, including conducting 121's, personal development plans, and handling absenteeism.Exceptional people management skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.Previous experience in FM or Property Management is highly preferred.
