You will be working for a well established Local Authority.

The role:

- Manage all surveying duties within the housing stock and carry out technical inspections on planned works projects.

- Provide accurate reports when needed about all on-going managed cases and technical de-canted properties.

- You will be responsible for technical inspections of the homes including leased properties to distinguish planned works in line with the companies Policy's.

- Commercial Awareness within Planned Maintenance

- Monitor and progress all planned maintenance to the home's regeneration stock.
