Pizza Chef

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Up to 40 hours a week. Shifts are 4.00pm to 9.30pm weekdays and 11.00am to 9.30pm, weekends.

Salary: £26,000 gross per annum, plus 50p for each pizza made and sold.

We are looking for a passionate Pizza Chef for our pizza operation at Lewes Station.

Andronicas Coffee is an established business with a 40-year history. Our focus and passion have always been about giving our customers the finest finished product, made from the best ingredients.

The Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo or Pizzaiola) should be confident and outgoing; with experience of wood burning oven cooking, proving, and stretching pre-prepared dough and enjoy engaging with the public, this is a customer-facing role.

Up to 40 hours a week. Shifts are 4.00pm to 9.30pm weekdays and 11.00am to 9.30pm, weekends, to be scheduled with the other pizza chef, so there is some flexibility on days worked. £26,000.00 gross per annum (for 40 hours a week), with an additional 50p per pizza made and sold. Additional hours over 40 per week paid at £12.50 per hour.

We’re looking for a Pizzaiolo / Pizzaiola who:

Has experience and good communication skills Can be flexible with their working hours and work some weekend shifts. Is a team player willing to roll up their sleeves and help with all areas of the business. You must have proven experience to apply!
