Our Pipe and Climate branch in West Brom is looking for a Pipe Specialist to join their busy team! This role offers rewarding career development and training.

Working from the sales office you will be a single point of contact for the branches' Pipe customers; you will be dealing with them both face to face and over email and phone, processing sales orders, dealing with queries, putting quotes together and chasing them, as well as getting in touch with dormant accounts trying to increase business. You will also support on the trade counter when needed.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Sales and customer service experience is essential

Industry experience would be preferred but not essential
