Hello, I'm Jess, I'm a piano teacher from Wales. I have taught piano privately to students of all ages and abilities for the last 15 years. I studied music at the University of Liverpool, training in classical piano, though I'm a fan of both traditional and contemporary music. I am also a qualified music teacher, PGCE.

I would say I am friendly and encouraging and I aim to develop my students' confidence and love of the instrument. I have helped my students to achieve their goals, whether it is graded examinations up to grade 8, or simply to learn to play the music they love!

Lessons can be adapted to students' own needs but can include theory, sight-reading, piano technique, aural practice and any of the main exam syllabuses. I teach from beginner level to advanced.

Classes are £30 for an hour / £15 for half an hour
