As a Physical Health Nurse you will assist with improving the physical health of all service users, working alongside the multidisciplinary team to support inpatient mental health staff across the hospital in developing their competencies and skills in Physical Healthcare.
At Oaktree Manor, your role as a nurse will see you monitoring the mental and physical health of service users, coordinating clinics and liaising closely with service users, carers, the wards, GP's, Consultant Psychiatrists, and others to ensure the well-being of service users and to promote the general understanding of medication and monitoring issues.
