My story

　　Oh Phinn! This precious puppy will need a kindhearted guardian who can assist in guiding her out of her shell as she transitions to a new home. Patience and positive reinforcement based training are both a must for Phinn! We're requiring her next home to have a well-adjusted dog in order for her to feel more at ease. HSBV will only re-home her to a family with children aged 10 or older.
