As Locum Checking Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in completing the final accuracy check on dispensed medications before they are supplied to the patient.

Offer patient-centred care by focusing on service provision, medicine management and optimisationAccurately checking items labelled and dispensed by other individualsReduce the risk of dispensing-related incidents by ensuring items are labeled accurately Requirements and qualifications required for this role:

Current and valid registration with the GPHC as a Pharamcist Some kind of previous community pharmacy experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Working hours and contract duration:

This position is full-time (Monday Friday) from 10am to 6pm, with the option of part-time if needed.
