This is a lovely Pewter thimble, made by Warwick Models of Heathcote, Warwick. The pewter thimble is dimpled, with a circular flower design round above the rim. The maker's mark is inside the top. Standing on the top of the thimble is a Pewter blackbird, perched on a bough, as though about to take off. The blackbird, bough and ground are hand painted in natural colours. The whole thing stands 4 cms tall to the tip of the tail.

The Thimble was purchased new, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. It is unused, unmarked and in pristine condition - look at my photos. This is a really beautiful item.
