Hey, I'm Sam, a Level 3 Personal Trainer & Level 2 Fitness Instructor based in Central London. I have over 7 years training experience and specialize in a HYBRID approach to training- incorporating LIFTING, RUNNING and MOBILITY.
I am based in Southwark and work at Energie Fitness Borough, outdoor spaces, mobile / at your place- online coaching too!
About me:
Fitness has always been my passion. From a young age I played a range of competitive sports, learning from the very best coaches. I grew to feel most comfortable in the gym, a place where I could better myself each day. I went onto travel the world for almost 2 years where one thing remained constant throughout...fitness! I learnt the importance of balance, where I could live the social life I wanted and still stay in shape.
I bring this knowledge to my coaching, where it's more than just working out. It's a lifestyle built specifically for you. Where Exercise, Nutrition, and Recovery are prioritized, helping you achieve those results you want.
