Hello to everyone!
I'm Simone, a London-based Registered Sports Exercise Nutritionist (SENr) certified by the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA).
I hold various university qualifications, including a Master's degree in Exercise and Sports Nutrition, a Post Graduate Diploma in Performance Nutrition, and a Bachelor's Honours degree in Sports Science.
I specialize in the following areas:

HOW I WORK
After our initial phone chat, we'll schedule a trial session. During this session, we'll do a beginner-friendly workout that includes exercises like bodyweight squats, push-ups, and shoulder presses. It'll be a low-intensity session to assess your fitness level.
If you're aiming for weight loss, you can expect to shed 0.5% to 1.5% of your body weight weekly.
For muscle gain, you'll see an increase of 0.5% to 1% in body weight weekly.
If you're looking to improve your sports performance, I'll design a nutrition plan to support your training energy needs.
All diet plans are planned to provide the right balance of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, tailored to improve your performance while allowing you to maintain an active social life.
WHAT I WILL PROVIDE YOU
One-on-one sessions and ongoing progress assessments, a tailored diet, a supplement plan, and a gym workout plan.
You'll gain access to my mobile app and web platform, where you will receive your personalized diet plan and training program, monitor your nutrition habits, and access supplement recommendations related to your goals.
WHERE I'M BASED
I'm based in a private personal training studio fully equipped 5 minutes from Stepney Green station at 126 Mile End Rd E1 4UN with 2 hours of free parking locally 3 minutes away.
My rates are as follows:
• 10 Personal Training sessions £45 each
• 20 Personal Training sessions £40 each
