My name is Hannah Beharry. I’m a 9x British Champion and 2x European Champion Boxer and one of the first women to box for Great Britain. In 2011, I was 3rd in the world and in 2012 I was chosen to represent Team GB at the Olympics but a badly-timed injury meant I couldn’t compete. I have achieved so many of my personal goals through training and determination. Now I want to help you do the same.
I have over 15 years’ experience in this field, not just as a trainer but as an athlete myself. I design each session with your needs in mind and strive to make sure that every session isn’t just challenging, but fun too. I want to create an environment where you’re pushed to your limits in a safe, supported way. When you leave a session with me you will feel tired but you’ll also feel proud and impressed yourself. You’ll be amazed at what your body can do with the right motivation and encouragement.
Exercise alone isn’t enough though. That’s why every one of my clients gets a personalised training programme alongside a nutrition programme which is updated on a weekly cycle. Not only that, but while we’re working together, you’ll get a text or email every other day to make sure you’re staying on track.
I don’t want a client for life. What I want is to give you the tools, training and knowledge that you can keep forever.

I’m a really nervous dieter, always unsure if I’m doing the correct thing or not. However, what really changed my whole experience with Hannah was being able to send her photos of what was eating and she would advise me on nutritional elements and portion control.
