Key Responsibilities:
Manage and co-ordinate schedules, appointments and meetings.
Handle communications on executives’ behalf.
Prepare documents, reports and presentations for meetings.
Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry and maintaining records.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
Assist with the preparation and organisation of company events.
Organise and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholder.
Handle incoming calls, emails and enquiries directing them appropriately.
Qualification and skills required:
Minimum of a high school diploma and a year of experience as a Personal Secretary, Strong organisational and management skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Ability to handle confidential information.
Any additional experience in office work will be plus factor in our decision making process.
