Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a highly regarded Law Firm, who are seeking to appoint a Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence Solicitor 3yr+ PQE into their Team. The position will be based from their offices close to Raynes Park.

You will assist the Partner on complex and higher value cases and help support the Team on all other cases. The successful candidate will have experience of litigated and non-litigated cases at all levels and be able to work multi-track claims, complex liability and catastrophic injury claims. You will have proven experience of both personal injury and clinical negligence claims along with knowledge of the litigation process, in particular preparing for court hearings.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of cost budgeting, supervising a Team and have proven business development and marketing experience in this field. You will be a good problem solver and have excellent communication/technical skills and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.
