Are you a Personal Injury Solicitor, Legal Executive or Case Handler looking for the next step in your career at a reputable, well–established, Warwickshire based law firm known for its excellent PI work?
My client is looking for an experienced Personal Injury legal professional to undertake a varied and fulfilling caseload of Personal Injury work, to include RTA, PL, and EL matters. You will be handling both new and existing claims, attending court hearings, valuing claims and settlement negotiations as well as liaising with other legal professionals and medical experts.
On offer is a second to none bonus scheme in which you take home 20 percent of all earnings made past target, full administrative support, the ability to take your holiday in hours and minutes rather than half days and full days, a pension scheme, an extra day's holiday on your birthday, and access to free counselling, as well as free parking.
My client prides itself on providing excellent Personal Injury work with emphasis on quality over quantity. They provide a supportive and encouraging environment, whilst rewarding their staff for their hard work. This is an excellent chance for the right individual to make a real impact within the team and a lucrative opportunity for a hardworking PI professional. My client has stated that they love seeing their staff thrive and relish rewarding them financially with their excellent bonus scheme.
You will have at least 2 years' experience in dealing with your own caseload, experience in dealing with both pre–litigated and litigated claims, a strong billing history, and have a good knowledge of the MOJ portal. You will be a conscientious and empathetic individual with a keen eye for detail and a client–centric approach to your work.
