Personal Care Assistant(s) required to join a team that safeguards the wellbeing of an adult with Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, and is responsible for performing medical treatments, personal care, and domestic duties in their home.

The post-holder will work unsupervised, as part of a team and with family members, liaise with medical professionals, ensure daily care plans are followed and discharged with patience and in a timely, respectful and professional manner.

Previous experience working with in healthcare is an advantage, but is not essential as training will be provided.

Applicants must be available to provide references, work during the specified hours/shifts (including on public holidays), be flexible to cover additional shifts and sleep-in (if required).

Available hours: 39.5 per week

Available shifts: 12 am to 6 am (Mon to Fri, Sat & Sun) & 5 pm – 10 pm (Mon to Fri) hours to be agreed prior to appointment

Contract term: permanent

Pay rate: £14.50 per hour
