Location: Tadcaster, hybrid May be occasional travel to other office locations
Salary: GBP28K - GBP30K per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits

We are now recruiting for a Personal Assistant who will become a key member of our organisation and assume responsibility for providing exceptional administrative support to our Executive Leadership Team.
You will manage complex calendars to optimise the leaders time, handle confidential information and facilitate efficient communication within the company.
In addition to this as our Personal Assistant you will be responsible for:
Administration support, devising / maintaining office systems, including data management ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times. Organising and maintaining calendars and booking appointments on behalf of the ELT for up to 5 Executive s. Proactivcely understanding the workflow of each Executive and planning accordingly. Arranging all travel and accommodation occasionally travelling with a member of the Executive team to take notes or dictation at meetings. Planning and managing events in accordance with requirements. Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate. Providing project support across multiple departments as required. Dealing with incoming email where requested to, often corresponding on behalf of the Executive. Organising and attending meetings if required, ensuring the Executive is well prepared. Providing holiday and absence cover for the reception and deputising for MD s EA where needed. In order to be successful in this role you must have:
Previous experience in a similar role. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Office 365 tools. Naturally diplomatic and courteous, with the ability to be discreet and uphold confidentiality and manage confidential information in relation to the Company. Able to capture contemptuous minutes during formal and informal meetings. Flexible approach in order to meet demand of Executive team. Able to organise and juggle many different tasks or team events at once. It would be great if you had:
