Hourly rate: £10.42 per hour, mileage paid at 45p

Hours/shifts: 2 hours Monday and Thursday Morning

Summary

• I am a 46-year-old man, with an acquired brain injury, which has impacted my short-term memory.

• I am looking for support with domestic task and to go shopping, so I can be as independent as possible.

• I enjoy watching TV, playing computer games, and listening to music.

Other Requirements

• Must be comfortable with pets

• Non-smoker preferred or someone who is willing to refrain from smoking during work hours.

• Must have a UK driving licence

• Must have access to own vehicle

Description

Typical duties

Domestic:

Laundry: Washing, drying, ironing and putting away

Changing bed linen/ bed making

Washing up

General cleaning and tidying

Hoovering

Taking out rubbish

Shopping

Any other reasonable task

Personal Care:

N/A

Social:

Accompanying and assisting employer on shopping trips.

Support with budgeting

Any other reasonable task

Previous experience preferred but this is not as essential as a kind and common sense approach to these roles.
