Summary
We are looking for a PA to help support our sociable, fun, friendly and charming energetic 7 year old.
Our son has a keen interest in aeroplanes, level crossing barriers and geography. Visiting airports & plane spotting places, looking for level crossings, going to beach and parks is what he loves to do. We would like PA support to take him out to places around his interests or to escort him to alternative provision activities etc. There may be also activities such as, trampolining, drumming etc.
Occasionally, anxiety levels can impact his ability to go out or take part in activities so an understanding and gentle supportive approach will be essential.
We are looking for a PA with ASD experience and preferably awareness of PDA and associated approaches etc.
Training will be provided.
We are looking for 10 hours a week across 3 afternoons and at times weekends and are happy to be flexible.

Previous experience preferred but this is not as essential as a kind and common sense approach to these roles.
