PERSONAL ASSISTANT ROLE:
Undertaking diary management for a busy analyst Arranging company calls Arranging expert calls Answering incoming calls and taking messages Being responsible for organising meetings and catering requirements for the analyst and wider team Maintaining analyst conference calendar Organising research packs for analyst Arranging quarterly Board Meetings Liaising with Board of Directors for their travel arrangements for the BM s Ad hoc projects for the wider team Processing of corporate access invoices and expense claims Filing and general administration duties PERSONAL ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS:
