These roles are ideally suited to an immediately available Personal Assistant who has worked within any industries previously and looking for their next assignment.
Vacancy Details• Full & Part Time• GBP13 - GBP18 (depending on experience)• Various hours / days per week depending on assignment• Location: Guildford & Surrounding Areas• Immediate starts often available
Duties include:• Handling and responding to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters• Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries• Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks• Making travel and hotel arrangements• Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events• Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants• Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press• Preparing expense reports and maintaining a filing system
The ideal candidate:• Excellent attention to detail• Excellent organisation and people management skills• Strong command of the English language• Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently• Strong communication skills• Discretion
Qualifications Knowledge and Skills:• Previous experience within a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting at executive level• The ability to handle information professionally and confidentially• The ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment• Excellent organisational and time management skills, to meet strict deadlines• Great rapport building skills, to build strong relationships with the executives• Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook• The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
