Personal Assistant GBP30k - GBP35k Denby, DerbyshireFull time role, with the working week being spread over 4 working days8am to 6pm - Monday to Thursday with hour for lunch (office based)A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen with our client based in Denby. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of professional support whilst optimising effective services to facilitate time and effective output to the Founder & Managing Director of the company. This particular individual is incredibly high energy and fast paced, so to succeed in this role you will need to be organised and ready to work at 100mph whilst having a lot of fun in the meantime! What we're looking for:- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information- Excellent excel, word and PowerPoint skills- Flexibility and adaptability- Good oral and written communication skills- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative- Tact and diplomacy- Communication skills- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Social media literateThe finer elements of the role:- Managing email traffic and folders and filing of emails- Taking the initiative and complete control of the directors inbox, and acting on behalf of the managing director on most communication via email- Taking complete control of managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, controlling access to the Managing Director- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the Managing Director- Working in conjunction with he events co-coordinator on the Managing Directors time and diary- Reminding the Manager/Executive of important tasks and deadlines- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence- Managing databases and filing systems- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients- Collating and filing expenses- Dealing with emails on behalf of the Managing Director- Liaising with clients and suppliers if needed on behalf of the Managing Director- Governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research- Managing other private tasks on behalf of the Managing Director- Managing other duties to support Managing DirectorCherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
