Join the team across two services in Cumbria - Gregory House in Workington and Ann House in Kendal - the latter being your regular place of work. You must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle to commute to and from Workington and Kendal. As a Personal Assistant, you will be the Director LD&A's right-hand person, which will see you will provide detailed and confidential administrative and secretarial support to ensure both services continue to run smoothly and those at the service receive great healthcare.You'll be responsible for managing their dairy, prepare presentations, organising meetings, visits and venues, and when present be able to promptly minute take. You will be able to utilise your skillset within a healthcare environment as you create presentations for meetings, manage on-call rotas and liaise with external parties and agencies. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.Your responsibilities will include:
