GBP13.93ph3 month contractFull timeHybrid working/ Brighton The role of Personal Assistant:
As a Personal Assistant, you will act as a personal / administrative assistant to the Assistant Director of a front-line, high-profile operational division. The role holder will provide a complete diary/ time management, correspondence and administrative support service, including supplying management information for reports and undertaking other specific administrative activities to support the smooth running of the division.
Another part of the role as Personal Assistant will be to provide a time management/diary service to ensure the efficient use of the Assistant Director's time. Arranging and co-ordinating meetings with a range of internal and external stakeholders; organising appropriate, cost-effective travel arrangements and itineraries and using initiative to rearrange appointments according to priorities.
What skills are needed for the role?
Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience.Detailed knowledge of role-related administrative policies, processes and codes of practice.Administrative experience at a senior levelExperience of taking and producing accurate minutes of meetings.Experience using Microsoft workplace tools to deliver meeting minutes and briefing notes, and to research and collate information for reports.Experience of recording and monitoring expenditure against defined budgets, checking travel/expense claims and producing straightforward statistics for reports.
