This role covers the full HR remit and reports into the Senior People Partner.

Responsibilities:
Be a trusted Partner to Senior Leaders and Managers; collaborate to ensure alignment between operational priorities and the people agenda. Take a solutions-focussed approach to managing conflict and challenges.As part of the People Partnering team, collaborate with the Recruitment Manager, Learning & Development Manager and Head of People Operations to ensure alignment between People activities, and ensure and that any developments to policies, procedures, and initiatives are implemented as appropriate.Be a trusted point of contacted for staff on all People matters; provide an accurate and timely generalist support for day-to-day People issues.Support with complex employee relations matters including but not limited to: disciplinary, grievance, capability, redundancy, TUPE and dispute resolution.Ensure data quality and GDPR compliance; use data and management information to identify trends, challenges and opportunities.Represent the People function in all interactions including leadership meetings, working groups and other interactions.
Essential Criteria
Level 5 qualification in Human Resources or equivalent professional experience.Experience in a People Partner role.Personable and approachable, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders.Strong communicator including negotiation, persuasion and de-escalation skills.Experience of implementing developments to policies, processes and ways of working.Up to date knowledge of employment law, current trends and best practice.Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload.
