Support the team in delivery of the end to end employee lifecycle, driving efficiencies and improvements.Oversight and delivery of accurate and timely Payroll.Key critical connection between Finance and People, leading on audits and ensuring we are tax compliant (including overseas working, IR35 and contractors).Policy, terms and conditions and benefits owner.Key connection with Health & Safety for office and events, ensuring we are supporting and protecting our people.Lead in systems review, enhancement and account management (payroll, HR Information System, performance management,Learning Management System etc.).GDPR champion, working closely with the Data Protection Officer to ensure compliance and best practice across processes.Employee Relations lead.Management, engagement and development of 2 People Advisors. Previous experience in an HR /People Operations or HR Specialist role ideally within an international environmentPrevious experience in a small/medium sized organistion in a fast paced environmentExperience of managing change and driving People initiatives in a fast–paced, complex environmentExperience of implementing new initiatives and rolling out new ways of workingUnderstanding of HR processes, with the ability to create new, and identify opportunities for improvement within existing processes.PayrollTaxGDPRHR Policy creationCommercially focused and solutions orientatedCIPD desirable Job Offer
